Privacy Policy

This policy explains how KOKO Music ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By using music.hjstudio.au you agree to this policy.
1. What we collect
- Account information — username, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Content — the prompts, lyrics and settings you submit, and the music, videos and media you generate.
- Usage data — credit transactions, generation history, and basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and reliability.
- Payment data — handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of a payment and a subscription status, but not your full card number.
2. How we use it
- To operate the Service — create and store your generations, track credits, and manage your subscription.
- To process payments and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To provide support and respond to your requests.
- To keep the Service secure, debug problems, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private prompts or generations to train our own advertising profiles.
3. Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary with the service providers that make KOKO Music work:
- AI model providers — your prompts and lyrics are sent to our upstream music-generation providers to create your Outputs.
- Stripe — for payment processing (see Stripe's own privacy policy).
- Hosting & database providers — to run the application and store your data.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
4. Overseas transfers
Some of our providers process data outside Australia (for example, in the United States or the EU). Where this happens we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the APPs.
5. Data retention
We keep your account and generations while your account is active. If you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we will remove your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records to meet legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No online service is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the relevant authority of any eligible data breach as required by law.
7. Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language preference. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
8. Your rights
Under the APPs you can ask us to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is inaccurate; or
- delete your account and associated personal data.
To exercise any of these, email support@hjstudio.au. If you are unhappy with how we handle a privacy matter you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
9. Children
KOKO Music is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.

- 内容——你提交的提示词、歌词与设置，以及你生成的音乐、视频与媒体。

- 支付数据——由 Stripe 处理。我们会收到付款确认与订阅状态，但不会获得你完整的卡号。
2. 我们如何使用
- 运营服务——创建并存储你的生成结果、记录积分、管理订阅。
- 处理付款，防范欺诈与滥用。
- 提供支持并响应你的请求。
- 保障服务安全、排查问题，并遵守法律义务。
我们不出售你的个人信息，也不会用你的私人提示词或生成内容来训练我们自己的广告画像。
3. 我们与谁共享
我们仅在必要范围内与支撑 KOKO Music 运行的服务商共享：
- AI 模型供应商——你的提示词与歌词会发送给我们的上游音乐生成供应商以生成输出。
- Stripe——用于支付处理（详见 Stripe 自身隐私政策）。
- 托管与数据库供应商——用于运行应用并存储你的数据。
在法律要求，或为保护我们、用户或公众权利时，我们也可能披露信息。
4. 跨境传输
我们的部分供应商在澳大利亚境外（如美国或欧盟）处理数据。发生此情况时，我们采取合理措施确保你的信息按 APPs 一致处理。
5. 数据留存
账号有效期内我们保留你的账号与生成结果。若你注销账号或要求删除数据，我们将在合理期限内删除你的个人信息；但为履行法律、税务或反欺诈义务而须保留的记录除外。
6. 安全
我们采用行业标准措施——加密连接（HTTPS）、密码哈希、访问控制。没有任何在线服务是 100% 安全的，但我们尽力保护你的信息，并将按法律要求就符合条件的数据泄露事件通知你及相关主管机构。
7. Cookie
我们使用少量必要 Cookie 来保持登录状态并记住你的语言偏好，不使用第三方广告 Cookie。
8. 你的权利
依据 APPs，你可以要求我们：
- 访问我们持有的关于你的个人信息；
- 更正不准确的信息；或
- 删除你的账号及相关个人数据。

9. 儿童
KOKO Music 不面向 16 岁以下儿童，我们不会有意收集其个人信息。

随服务演进我们可能更新本政策，重大变更将在本页更新"最近更新"日期。
